In the 2022-2023 campaign, our O-Med Picual oil is a finalist, being one of the three best oils in Spain in the sweet green fruity category. There are many competitions, but undoubtedly, the Ministry Award is one of the most important and prestigious, as well as serious awards in the world of extra virgin olive oils, because it certifies both the origin and the quality of the oils. The participating sample has been taken by a civil servant/notary and represents a homogeneous batch, 20,000 kilograms of oil. The deposit is sealed until the jury's decision.

GOLD Medal - Zurich International Olive Oil Award (Switzerland): The International Olive Oil Award - Zurich is organized and conducted by the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in Waedenswill. The selection of excellent "extra virgin" olive oils in sensory sense, due to objective criteria, is carried out within the framework of the International Olive Oil Award - Zurich.
The evaluation of olive oils takes place in March by the Swiss Olive Oil Group (SOP) of the ZHAW, accredited since October 2006 according to ISO 17025.
